Great reviews and plenty of gigs for Bear Away

Massively recommended in their 'Underrated bands you should be listening to' request, Dying Scene were so blown away by Bear Away and their new album, 'A drastic tale of Western living' that they published a band spotlight on them, here: https://dyingscene.com/ds-band-spotlight-uk-punks-bear-away-make-their-debut-with-a-drastic-tale-of-western-living/

This followed Apathy & Exhaustion's great 9.5/10 review of the album with Tony saying "It's the kind of shit I pretty much live for... the quality of the material presented here is exceptional."

And the followed Bearded Gentlemen's 'A sonic boom to your senses' review here: https://beardedgentlemenmusic.com/2022/10/31/ska-punk-other-junk-october-2022/

The Bear Away boys are taking the new songs on the road too, with a few gigs coming up fast!

Fri 18th November - Free entry show at Springbank Tavern, Hull with Zero Cost and rocking label-mates Calm. Sat 26th November - Outpost, Liverpool with Honeytalks, Pardon Us and Stephen McGinty of Branch to Root and Saturday 3rd December - another free entry show at Redshed, Wakefield with Cathode Ray and the Test Card Babies and Tiger Island Get along if you can, you'll be blown away!

Engineer Records is a truly independent alternative record label with over 400 rocking releases out in the world.

We believe punk rock is an ethic, even more than a sound, and have been promoting both brand new and well-known bands equally since our formation as Ignition Records back in 1999. The label is based in the southeast corner of England but has partners and distributers all over the world.

We are always looking for great bands and ways to promote our artists and their releases.
Please contact us if you can help in any way. Let's work together.

Join our mailing list to stay tuned for occasional updates on what's new in the Engineer Records family.

Thanks for joining!
