Grab your trusty mop and bucket, crank up the volume to ten and listen to “The Mess I Made”
London Towns finest power pop-punk alt trio Barking Poets release their first single of 2025.
Hot on the heels of previous single “Arizona” Barking Poets are set to release their tasty new number titled “The Mess I Made”.
Never ones to to pump out the same three chord punk song, once again the trio showcase their talent and imagination with this new release. Lead singer Neil Murray snarls “ Working in a job you hate” and “There’s a demon in my brain” showing a darker, more alternative side to The Poets. Loud heavy chorus, headbanging mid temp groove along with a killer midsong build up sees Barking Poets heading into alternative rock territory of bands like Billy Talent, Muse and Twenty One Pilots.
Produced by renowned U.K. rock/indie producer Paul Tipler (Idlewild, Placebo, Reuben) at Unit 13 studios in London during the summer of 2024
.
“The Mess I Made” is released via Engineer Records worldwide on all major streaming platforms on Friday February 7th 2025.
