Back to abnormal

david1170

We're stoked to be working with Barking Poets on their new mini-album 'Back to Abnormal' and we wanted to share with you the front cover artwork, designed by gifted illustrator and tattoo-artist Dan Allen, whom also happens to be the front-man of Ducking Punches.

Designed initially for a 12" LP sleeve this artwork will be on posters and the new CD first, with 'Back to abnormal' being released on digital and CD on 1st October 2021. The six tracker will follow on vinyl too, but the pressing plants are still having delays so we are looking for partner labels to help spread the Barking Poets message throughout other territories.

Before that there will be a new video and digital single for 'When the bands are gone' released on 3rd September and the Poets will be playing shows at plenty of amazing venues to support that, including Fiddler's Elbow - Camden, John Peel Centre for Creative Arts in Stowmarket, The Hive in Rotherham and The Louisiana in Bristol.

The band added "We're stoked to be sharing stages with other great bands such as PET NEEDS and Tiffany Twisted after our comeback gigs at The Black Heart and The Water Rats"

Engineer Records is a truly independent alternative record label with over 400 rocking releases out in the world.

We believe punk rock is an ethic, even more than a sound, and have been promoting both brand new and well-known bands equally since our formation as Ignition Records back in 1999. The label is based in the southeast corner of England but has partners and distributers all over the world.

We are always looking for great bands and ways to promote our artists and their releases.
Please contact us if you can help in any way. Let's work together.

Join our mailing list to stay tuned for occasional updates on what's new in the Engineer Records family.

Thanks for joining!
